Todd is a bank officer at Community Service Credit Union. His wife Shellie is on staff at Sam Houston State university. Their daughter Jacquelyne is a student and on staff at Sam Houston State University. The Armstrong family is also involved with the prison ministry at the Goree Unit, TDCJ.
